The brief
Fathom sells rare and vintage watches from a London showroom and online. Their Google and Meta ads weren't working, and they were close to giving up on paid media.
What we did
- Rebuilt the Shopping feed with models, references and sizes
- Set bids by margin, not just price
- Pointed Meta at two goals: sales and showroom bookings
- Built reporting that shows both platforms side by side
